Grading & drainage

What happens below the surface matters.

Some of the most important landscape work is work you'll barely notice once the project is finished. Proper grading and drainage control how water moves through the property and create the foundation for patios, retaining walls, lawns, gardens, and other improvements to perform properly.

We evaluate elevations, slopes, runoff, low areas, and existing site conditions before determining how water should move through the finished landscape. Addressing drainage during construction can help protect landscape improvements and prevent water problems from being buried beneath an otherwise beautiful renovation.
