From first walkthrough to final walkthrough

Every Leaf & Blade project starts with a walk around your property and ends with another one. What happens between the two is planned with you, built properly, and overseen by the same person you met on the first day.

Before the build

Start with the property
We meet at your home and walk the property together. We talk about what you want to change, how you actually use the space, and what is working and what isn't.
Build the plan
We set the scope, layout, materials and major details. On larger transformations, plans and visual concepts show how the pieces work together before construction begins.
Make it yours
Materials, colors, plants and finishes are finalized with you before anything is ordered. By the time crews arrive, you know what we are building and what to expect.

The build

Build it right
Construction starts with the work that matters most and disappears first: demolition, excavation, base preparation, grading, drainage and infrastructure. Only then does the finished landscape go in on top.
Stay connected
Leaf & Blade is owner-led, with direct involvement throughout construction and straightforward communication as the project progresses.
Final walkthrough
When construction is complete, we walk the project with you, review the finished work and make sure you understand the systems and materials that are now part of your property.
