Care for what you've created.

A thoughtfully built landscape is a long-term investment. Leaf & Blade Property Care helps protect that investment with professional landscape maintenance focused on the health, appearance, and performance of your outdoor space throughout Colorado's changing seasons.

From seasonal cleanups and garden care to irrigation, pruning, mulch, and ongoing property maintenance, we take a proactive approach to keeping landscapes looking intentional and functioning properly. Whether we built your landscape or you're bringing us into an established property, the goal is the same: take care of the details before they become problems.

More than maintenance.

Thoughtful care for the entire property.

Great property care isn't just cutting grass and blowing off the patio. It's understanding how irrigation, plants, soil, drainage, seasonal changes, and ongoing maintenance work together to keep a landscape healthy.

Our approach is built around the needs of the property rather than a one-size-fits-all checklist. We identify what needs attention, establish the right level of service, and help homeowners maintain the landscape as it changes throughout the year.

Season by season.

Colorado landscapes change dramatically throughout the year, and what a property needs in April is very different from what it needs in October. Our property care services follow the landscape through the seasons so the right work happens at the right time.

Spring is about cleanup, irrigation startup, planting, and preparing for growth. Summer shifts toward irrigation performance, garden care, and maintaining healthy landscapes, while fall focuses on cleanup, cutbacks, winter preparation, and irrigation winterization.

We know what's underneath it.

There's an advantage to having your landscape cared for by people who understand how landscapes are actually built. We know what's beneath the patio, how irrigation systems are laid out, why drainage matters, and what plants need to perform in Colorado conditions.

That construction experience changes the way we approach maintenance. Instead of simply treating what is visible, we can recognize when an irrigation issue, drainage problem, failing material, or changing landscape condition may need attention before it becomes a larger repair.

Built by us? Even better.

When Leaf & Blade builds your landscape, we already know the property. We know what's planted, where the irrigation runs, how the hardscape was constructed, and how the different areas were intended to perform.

Continuing with Property Care creates a natural transition from construction into long-term stewardship of the landscape. As plants mature and the property evolves, we can help preserve the original design while making adjustments when they're needed.
